Hello, internet. You know that post I did earlier? It was short because I sent it as a text message through my phone, which has a 160 character limit. Anyway, I got Jar Of Hearts pretty much down and now I've learned 'Kiss Me Slowly' by Parachute. The chords aren't that hard, and it's a really enjoyable song.
I basically went through my list (Yes I have a list) of favorite bands and tried playing a few songs by some of them. I tried some by Kelly Clarkson, Colbie Caillat, He Is We, Miranda Lambert, Plain White T's, Maroon 5 and Pink. Then I saw Kiss Me Slowly while checking out Parachute and I was like "Yes!"
The website I use to get my chords/tabs is this really good one Isaac showed me. It's called 'UltimateGuitar.com' I use it a lot. They have all of the songs I looked up, so it's good. Lol.
I haven't written a single word today. I was busy from 12 to 6 and then I just fell into step learning stuff on the Guitar and forgot to write. Ugh... I'm getting lazy.
My day, yes. I went to work at the Thrift Store and had a really nice time! I organized books, colorized clothes and got a cute shirt. Whenever I'm folding/straightening clothes, I also shop. He he. :D After work, we (My brothers, mom and I) went to my Abuela's house and my little cousin, Olivia, was there. She's the cutest widdle baby ever! :D Lol.
Hmm... I really want a Hamster. They're cute! I was thinking about a Gerbil, but than I'd have to get two of them. So, Hamster it is! I just need to get the right sized cage... I think I'll record me playing Kiss Me Slowly so I can see how it sounds. Hey, maybe I'll even upload it here... ;) Be warned: I kind of have a horrible voice. I have been told many times, but I still want something to do with music, so yeah.
